simple stay near the coast

friendly host good breakfast car park

the host was very friendly. breakfast stood out, it had good value. they have car park at the back, it helps a lot. east strand, it was very close. it made morning walks easy.

i could hear noise from the pub across the road. it was quite loud at times. i found it slightly disturbing during the evening.

the single room included private external bathroom. it was clean. i found it adequate for my needs. the room was smaller, it worked well. everything was tidy.

parking at the rear was very useful. staff allowed me to leave my car early. the breakfast room was comfortable. wifi worked without any issues. this access was a definite plus.

a perfect stay

excellent staff super clean hotel great breakfast electronic access

the staff was excellent and very cute i found the hotel spotlessly clean throughout my entire stay the breakfast was also really good with plenty of choice i enjoyed the fresh items cooked and presented with care the electronic door access was easy to use and well illuminated.

the pub across the street was a little noisy at times it was still manageable

great location secure parking hot water poor communication

the location was great. i was right across the street from a wonderful pub with traditional music. the beach was also just a minute walk away (so convenient!). i loved having secure off-street parking for our motorcycle.

i experienced no hot water for the duration of the stay. on mentioning this, i was told that they were waiting on a plumber, because the system was down. should the guests not have been informed about such issue?

easy communication clean room accurate photo

Communication during check-in was straightforward. the room was clean. photos online accurately represented the room we booked. breakfast offered a good selection of fruit and cereal. A hot, cooked-to-order breakfast was available for a small extra charge.
